Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Management consultant to establish a centralized Program Management Office


The goal of the Program Office is to take care of project evolution and create a way forward as well as advise and escalate up to senior management regarding any issues/concerns.


Responsibilities:

  • Create a mandate and a vision in order to recommend and propose options to senior management.
  • Gather all requirements needed to establish a Centralized Program Management Office.
  • Evaluate the As-is and to-be documentation
  • Architect a roadmap for the modernization.
  • Put in a governance body in place in order to engage stakeholder.
  • Propose new ways of doing things and become an entity of advisors that people report to.


Must Haves:

  • Experience setting up a Program Office or PMO.
  • Experience in governance.
  • Federal Government experience
  • Federal Government Clearance


Nice to Haves:

  • Transitioning from a Decentralized PMO to a Centralized PMO
