Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Strategic Business Advisor to support leadership in Enterprise Business Planning and Strategic Advisory to drive operational efficiency and execution.

Location: Burlington (2-3 days/week onsite)

Duration: 9 Months to Start

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive playbook for strategic business planning, assisting departments with budget creation, KPI development, and project selection to support organizational growth.
• Maintain Risk Registers and create business cases for strategic initiatives to proactively manage risks and ensure successful outcomes.
• Work closely with city leadership and departments to ensure effective allocation of resources, alignment of operational processes, and achievement of strategic objectives.
• Lead the development and execution of process improvements, ensuring that business strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with the city’s broader goals.

Must Have Skills:

• Proven experience in Enterprise Business Planning including resource allocation, budget creation, and performance measurement
• Strong Project Management to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Experience applying business acumen in real-world scenarios to align strategies with organizational goals.
• Degree Business or Commerce and/or MBA
