Senior Project Manager to support the planning and implementation phases for Healthcare client

Start Date: March 10, 2025

End Date: June 30, 2025 (with option to extend up to 6 months)

Must Haves:

• At least five (5) years of project management experience, within which a minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager

• A Minimum of two (2) years’ experience delivering information technology initiatives, ideally in the healthcare industry

• Experience in developing detailed analysis, interpretation and opinion to support and guide senior stakeholders;

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams in multi-stakeholder environments;

• Comprehensive project planning experience (e.g., business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk/problem management);

Responsibilities will include:

• Extensive experience conducting stakeholder consultations in the healthcare or technology sectors. • Familiarity with the Ontario healthcare landscape and digital health solutions

• Experienced with modelling business process and workflows

• Experienced working in the Canadian digital health sector with focus on products needed at the point of care (e.g. EMRs, HIS, etc.)

• Lead and coordinate workstreams, both internally and externally

• Ensure alignment of individual workstreams with the overall project goals and timelines

• Develop documentation required for stakeholder engagement

• Facilitate meetings and project coordination with multiple stakeholder organizations

• Identify potential risks across all workstreams, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies

• Facilitate communication between different workstream leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment

• Provide regular, detailed progress reports on each workstream and overall project status to stakeholders

• Identify areas for improvement in project management processes and advocate for best practices across workstreams
