Our valued public client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support an IBM Curam implementation for a large pension’s initiative.


Must Haves

  • 7+ years of experience on an IBM Curam Solution
  • previous experience working within a financial/pension project
  • Valid Reliability clearance

Tasks

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IBM Curam modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Map out business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating them into functional specifications for Curam customizations.
  • Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional design documents to guide the development and testing of IBM Curam solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between business users, development teams, and project managers, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
