Sr. Project Manager with Capital Markets LOB experience to support regulatory project for our banking client

Must Haves:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager (10+ years of experience) in the Capital Markets domain.
• Strong understanding of US financial regulations and compliance requirements, particularly:
• SEC 10c-1a
• US LOPR, CAT/CAIS
• FED/FICC Reporting for FINRA
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex regulatory projects within financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of regulatory compliance projects within the Capital Markets Line of Business (LOB).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Operations, to ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements, such as SEC 10c-1a, US LOPR, CAT/CAIS, and FED/FICC Reporting for FINRA.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Drive issue resolution, ensuring all deliverables meet regulatory deadlines and quality standards.
• Facilitate governance and reporting processes, including executive updates and risk reporting.
