Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Vice President of Operations will have the main mission of setting up control systems to optimize the efficiency of operations. He will analyze the costs related to operations in order to provide accurate reports to general management, while making strategic recommendations. The Vice President will also contribute to the development of business relationships with customers and suppliers, using his exceptional communication skills to establish solid partnerships.

Professional Requirements

  • BAC in business administration, logistics or related 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role, including at least 10 years in a management position.
  • Experience in several operational functions of a comparable company.
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP, mainly for operations management.
  • Autonomy and excellent organization.
  • Strong leadership and mobilization skills.
  • Action and results-oriented.
  • Skills in the effective management of financial and operational objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and oral.
