Our telecommunications client is seeking a Junior Customer Support Agent to respond to Sales & customer services inquiries.
6 month contract to start, 100% remote. Must have flexibility to work within 8AM - 8PM EST
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with providing outstanding customer service, building rapport with customers
Nice to Haves:
- Bilingual with French
