Senior Reliability cleared Systems Analyst to support an existing MS Azure M365 environment in the public sector.

Our public sector client requires a Senior Reliability cleared Systems Analyst to support an existing MS Azure M365 environment. The resource will assist in analyzing, troubleshooting, adopting, configuring, implementing and supporting new MS Azure M365 features and capabilities. In addition, the client intends to implement/upgrade MS Azure M365 E3 to E5 upgrades and new configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Administrate, implement, configure, and support MS Azure M365 services, features, such as SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Intune,
• Provide technical services, including troubleshooting and solving technical problems related to MS Azure M365, assist/enable and support other IT teams with need for M365 and MS Azure services and integrations, such MS Automate, MS PowerApps, and others.
• Building PowerShell scripts or utilizing automation tools to manage MS Azure M365 configurations;
• Upgrading MS Azure M365 E3 to E5, new configurations, and all related tasks.
• Perform other MS Azure M365 tasks that could include IT Security related requests (such review access logs, block or unlock users outside of Canada), IM driven requests (find and retrieve and give access to MS Azure M365 and SharePoint documents, folders, etc), and other misc. operational MS Azure M365 tasks.

Must-have:

• 9 years experience with Microsoft M365
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert

Nice to have:

• GOC experience
